As I Lay Dying ended 2011, the year of their tenth anniversary as a band, with an extremely successful headlining tour. The Decade of Destruction Tour ran November-December through the US. While on the tour, the band captured live footage from several shows. The footage was edited by the band’s own Nick Hipa into what has become the band’s next video: Paralyzed. The video encapsulates As I Lay Dying in a special moment in time; their tenth anniversary tour in front of sold-out crowds full of devoted fans.
“Scum Of The Earth” is the new Angela Boatwright-directed video from Montreal, Quebec, Canada natives BARN BURNER. The song comes off the band’s second full-length record, entitled “Bangers II: Scum Of The Earth”, which came out on June 7 via Metal Blade Records.
Malefice have debuted their new music video for their song “Awaken The Tides” over at Bloody-disgusting.com. The song also serves as the title track to the groups forthcoming album which will land in North American stores on August 02nd through Metal Blade.

“Regorge In The Morgue”, the new video from Swedish death metal veterans VOMITORY, has been released. The song comes off the band’s eighth studio album, “Opus Mortis VIII”, which was released in Europe on April 26 on Metal Blade Records.
Metal Injection has posted a new video from The Ocean for “Roots & Locusts.” The track is featured on the album, “Anthropocentric” in stores now through Metal Blade Records.
As I Lay Dying‘s new music video for their track “Anodyne Sea” has arrived online. The clip was filmed with the direction team of Mike Pecci and Ian McFarland (Fear Factory, Meshuggah).
“Arise From Decay” is the title of the new video from German thrashers DEW-SCENTED. The song comes off the band’s latest album, “Invocation”, which was released on May 24, 2010 in Europe via Metal Blade Records and May 25, 2010 in North America through Prosthetic Records.
“Anodyne Sea” , the new performance video from San Diego metal act AS I LAY DYING, has been released. The clip — recorded on the “Cool Tour” — was shot, directed and produced by Russell Johnson and Chad Perkins.
“Supernatural” is the title of the new video from French metal band DARKNESS DYNAMITE,. The song comes off the band’s debut album, “The Astonishing Fury Of Mankind”, which was released via Metal Blade Records . The CD was recorded at several French studios with experienced people at the helm. Stéphane Buriez (LOUDBLAST, BLACK BOMB A, L’ESPRIT DU CLAN) recorded the guitars at Elektricbox Studio. The mixing and mastering duties were handled by Remyboy (MATS & MORGANS, DEMIANS, SYN, RODRIGUE) at Ahddenteam Studio in Lille.

The technical death metal band AEON, who formed in Östersund, Sweden in 1999, are pleased to release their first production video from the band’s new release Path of Fire that just dropped in the states on May 25. The video made for the track Forgiveness Denied was directed, filmed and edited by Standard Film Team Umeå HB and was shot in April in two different locations; band scenes being filmed in Östersund, Sweden and the storyline in Umeå, Sweden.
Cincinnati, OH’s Rose Funeral recently shot a video with up-and-coming director, Justin Beasley. The video is for what has become a fan favorite, God Demise, from their second album, and Metal Blade debut, The Resting Sonata.
Brain Drill’s new video for their track “Beyond Bludgeoned” has debuted online. The clip was shot with director Nikko DeLuna. “Beyond Bludgeoned” is taken from the bands forthcoming new album “Quantum Catastrophe“, which will hit stores through Metal Blade on May 11th.

This winter, Kenosha, Wisconsin-based thrashers LAZARUS A.D. once again teamed up with Vision 4 Films to shoot their next video, “Absolute Power”. According to a press release, the clip “is a bit different than their last two in that it has a bit of a storyline. The video features a brutal underground streetfight; if you’re a fan of metal and/or the movie ‘Kickboxer’, you’ll dig this video!”
Barn Burner have posted their video for their track “Half Past Haggard”. The live clip was directed by Jenna Harkness, while the song comes from the bands newly-released outing “Bangers“, which landed in stores through Metal Blade earlier this week. In related news, a vinyl edition of “Bangers” is being prepped for a release through New Romance For Kids on March 09th.
“Demoralizer”, the new video from Boston, Massachusetts grind metalers THE RED CHORD, has been released. The clip was shot on vocalist Guy Kozowyk‘s property in abandoned ceramics factory on Halloween and showcases some pretty gruesome illustrations by artist Tim Kellen, which were animated and brought to life by director Dave Brodsky of MyGoodEye. The artist used charcoal, meat, grape jelly, and chicken guts in his illustrations, giving the “Demoralizer” video a truly bizarre appearance.
Charred Walls Of The Damned is about to release their highly anticipated debut album on Metal Blade Records and have completed their first ever music video for the single, Ghost Town! All of the lyrics on the album were written by Richard Christy and Ghost Town in particular is a dark description of a near abandoned and “creepy” town that Richard grew up near in northeastern Oklahoma.

‘Rabid Animals’ is taken from the group’s fifth studio album, Revisions, which was released on October 26 on Metal Blade Records. The record sees the band revisit lesser-known lights from their previous albums, as well as some that had previously only appeared in live and demo form, and update them to reflect their progression across the ensuing years, from heavy rock to a more pop-influenced melodic sound.
“Forever In Your Hands” is the new video from Massachusetts metal band ALL THAT REMAINS. “Sending Signals” is the new music video from Jacksonville, Florida’s EVERGREEN TERRACE. The song comes off the group’s new full-length album, “Almost Home”, which was released on September 29 via Metal Blade Records.
“Let Us Slay” ia the new music video from GWAR which was filmed in Richmond, Virginia by director David Brodsky (SUICIDE SILENCE, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, WHITECHAPEL) and his MyGoodEye crew.
“Revolution” is a new live video by Kenosha, Wisconsin-based thrash band LAZARUS A.D. which was filmed on June 26, 2009 at Milwaukee, Wisconsin’s famed Summerfest.
The video was shot in Copenhagen, Denmark by Michael Panduro and David Lund for Siegfried Productions.
Goatwhore has finished filming a video for the first single from Carving Out The Eyes Of God! Apocalyptic Havoc, which has quickly become a fan favorite live song, was recently filmed by acclaimed video director, Dave Brodsky (The Red Chord, Unearth, The Black Dahlia Murder). Check out the video now and make sure to yell along with one of the most “metal” lyrics of all time: “Who needs a god when you’ve got Satan?!?!”
Ov Fire And The Void was filmed by Grupa 13 in Poland, the same people behind Behemoth’s last video, At The Left Hand Ov God. Nergal comments on the video, “We are proud and we are satisfied. This is our life’s work and we are happy to finally get it out to people. Watch and enjoy!”
“Unfurling a Darkened Gospel” is the new music video from Glendale, Arizona extreme metallers JOB FOR A COWBOY. The video was filmed on location in downtown Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and at the city’s distinguished music venue, The First Unitarian Church. The clip was lensed by Doug Spangenberg for Space Monkey Studios (LAMB OF GOD, MAROON 5) and features JOB FOR A COWBOY doing what the band does best; bringing its electrifying live show directly to a crowd of rabid music fans.

Most videosthat we’ve done have been for more fast and aggressive songs that have the usual AILD sound to it but we wanted to mix things up and do a video for a slower (but still heavy!) song that would be made up of footage from our new DVD, ‘This Is Who We Are’.”

“For the ‘Under Your Skin’ video, we knew we wanted a storyline that mirrored the lyrics to the song. I wrote ‘Skin’ about the teenage phenomenon that is happening to one out of every two hundred teenage (mostly girls). That phenomenon is called cutting.
“The Burning Halo” is the title of the new music by from the Rochester, New York-based tech grindcore/hardcore artists PSYOPUS. The track comes off the band’s new album, “Odd Senses” which debuted at No. 90 on the Top New Artist Albums (Heatseekers) chart, which lists the best-selling albums by new and developing artists, defined as those who have never appeared in the Top 100 of The Billboard 200.
