The song comes off the band’s sophomore album, “No Guts. No Glory.”, which was released in the U.S. on April 20 via Roadrunner Records.

Grand Magus Releases ‘Hammer Of The North’ Music Video

“Hammer Of The North”, the new video from GRAND MAGUS, the three-piece Swedish heavy rock band featuring “JB” Christofferson (guitar, lead vocals), Fox Skinner (bass, backing vocals) and Sebastian “Seb” Sippola (drums) , has made its way online The song is the title cut of the group’s new album, which will be released on June 23 via Roadrunner Records.

Soulfly Releases “Rise Of The Fallen’ Music Video

Soulfly have premiered their new video for their track “Rise Of The Fallen” online over at Metal Sucks. Both the clip and the track feature a guest appearance from The Dillinger Escape Plan frontman Greg Puciato. The band filmed the video at The Chance in Poughkeepsie, NY this past March with director Dale Resteghini (Mudvayne, Trivium). “Rise Of The Fallen” is the first single from the bands forthcoming new album “Omen“, which will land in stores on May 25th through Roadrunner.

Cradle Of Filth Releases ‘The Death Of Love’ Music Video

“The Death Of Love” is the latest video from British extreme metallers CRADLE OF FILTH. The song comes off the band’s new album, “Godspeed On The Devil’s Thunder”, which entered the German Media Control chart at position No. 37. The CD sold a little over 11,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 48 on The Billboard 200 chart.



CKY | ‘A #1 Roller Rager’

“A#1 Roller Rager” is the new music video from Pennsylvania’s CKY. The video was directed by drummer Jess Margera‘s brother, MTV personality Bam Margera. The song comes off the band’s fourth album, “Carver City”, which was released on May 19 via Roadrunner Records. Once again produced by the band’s guitarist Chad I Ginsburg, the CD was recorded at Studio CIG in the band’s home state of Pennsylvania and was mixed by Ginsburg and Phil Nicolo at Studio 4 in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania.

Dragonforce Live Footage In Grand Rapids

The “Metal” show on Grand Rapids, Michigan’s 107.3 WKLQ Radio Show has uploaded video footage of British extreme epic power metal band DRAGONFORCE performing on May 2, 2009 at The Intersection in Grand Rapids.

DRAGONFORCE was recently forced to postpone its debut tour of Latin America due the swine flu pandemic.

Killswitch Engage Live Footage Of New Song ‘Light In A Darkened World’

Here is some professionally filmed live concert footage of Massachusetts metal band KILLSWITCH ENGAGE performing a brand new song “Light in a Darkened World”, at the first annual Revolver Golden Gods Awards, which was held on Tuesday, April 7 in Los Angeles, can be viewed below. The song, sandwiched between “My Curse” and the band’s uniquely KILLSWITCH‘ed cover of DIO‘s classic anthem “Holy Diver”, generated plenty of excitement among the crowd and set the tone for the show. The awards and KILLSWITCH ENGAGE‘s performance was broadcast on MTV2 on May 2.



Slipknot | ‘Sulfur’

SLIPKNOT‘s new music video for the song “Sulfur” is available (video stream may not be available to some non-U.S. residents.) The video was shot on March 9 in the Los Angeles area and was directed by band percussionist Shawn Crahan (a.k.a. Clown) and P.R. Brown (MÖTLEY CRÜE, MARILYN MANSON CHIMAIRA, AVENGED SEVENFOLD), who helmed the last two SLIPKNOT clips, “Psychosocial” and “Dead Memories”. The video depicts the nine members rocking out in groups of three and submerged in water one at a time. The video concept was modeled after a video installation by Bill Viola called “Ascension” that’s currently on display at the Des Moines Arts Center.



Trivium | ‘Throes Of Perdition’

Here is the new music video from Florida metallers TRIVIUM. The song comes off the band’s latest album, “Shogun”, which has sold more than 60,000 copies in the United States since its late September release, according to Nielson Soundscan. The CD follows up “The Crusade”, which opened with 31,000 copies in October 2006 to land at No. 25.
