STONE SOUR and SLIPKNOT frontman Corey Taylor played the seventh show of his solo tour at the Varsity Theater in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Called “An Evening With Corey Taylor”, the concerts feature Taylor doing both spoken-word and acoustic performances, along with question-and-answer sessions with the audience.
Stone Sour Rock In Rio Performance
Professionally filmed video footage of STONE SOUR‘s entire September 24 performance at the Rock In Rio festival in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil has been made available. Former DREAM THEATER and AVENGED SEVENFOLD touring drummer Mike Portnoy sat behind the kit for the concert so that STONE SOUR‘s regular drummer, Roy Mayorga, could stay home to await the birth of his daughter, who was due to arrive on the same date.

Stone Sour Releases ‘Hesitate’ Music Video
“Hesitate” is the new video from STONE SOUR, the band featuring SLIPKNOT members Corey Taylor (vocals) and Jim Root (guitar). The video was filmed on September 20 in Los Angeles with director Paul Brown (JACK WHITE/ALICIA KEYS, AVENGED SEVENFOLD, JOHN MAYER) and directing collective Beta Movement/Skulley FX. Taylor previously stated about the clip, “[It] should come out pretty amazing. [I am] super-stoked. This will be THE video of our career.”

“Say You’ll Haunt Me” is the title of the new music video from STONE SOUR. The clip was helmed by director Paul R. Brown, who has previously worked with SLIPKNOT, MÖTLEY CRÜE, KORN, GODSMACK and AVENGED SEVENFOLD, among others.
“Say You’ll Haunt Me” comes off STONE SOUR‘s third album, “Audio Secrecy”, which is scheduled for release on September 7 via Roadrunner Records.
